What we collect
- What you type into a request: the job, your ZIP code, the kind of property, any details you add afterwards, your name, email and phone number.
- The page you submitted from, the referring address, and campaign tags in the link you followed, if any.
- A one-way keyed hash of your IP address, stored with the request to limit abuse. The request record does not hold the address itself; our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.
- The exact consent text you agreed to, its version, and the time.
How it is used
- To check the request and decide which company fits it.
- To connect you with one company, if one fits. That company receives the request and your contact details.
- To detect a repeat request from the same contact, using a keyed hash of your email address, for 30 days.
- To email you about the request. We do not send marketing email or text messages on the basis of a request.
Who receives it
CityPreferred staff, and one company per request. If you ask for a different company, one more. We do not sell or rent contact details. The services that host the site and deliver email process data on our behalf.
Correcting or deleting your request
Email hello@citypreferred.com from the address you used. We correct or delete the request. Where a request was already sent to a company, the billing record is kept without your contact details.
