For service providers
CityPreferred sends a hand-checked request to one company, never to a list. You tell us the ZIP codes, kinds of property and job sizes you take; we send only what fits, you see why it came to you, and you can dispute a lead that was not what we promised.

Get a local company for the job
Free. Takes a minute. One company that serves your area contacts you.
What you get
- Exclusive introductions. A request is delivered to one provider. The database enforces it: a request cannot be allocated twice.
- Checked by a person before it reaches you. Duplicates, solicitations and requests with no reachable contact are screened out first.
- Your limits, applied as written. ZIP codes, homes or businesses or both, minimum and maximum job size, hours you do not work, a monthly cap.
- A record for every lead. When it arrived, what the buyer agreed to, which agreement version priced it, and what you were charged.
- A dispute process with a fixed window and stated reasons.
What counts as a qualified lead
A real request for your service, in your area, for a kind of property you take, with enough detail to act on, from a person you can reach who has agreed to be contacted, and which is not a duplicate. The exact definition, price, area and exclusions are set in your agreement.
Disputes and credits
You can dispute a lead inside the window in your agreement for one of these reasons: the contact could not be reached, it duplicates a lead you already had, it is outside your agreed area or service, it was not a genuine request, or the job is outside your agreement. A lead you did not win is still a valid lead. Credits are recorded as separate ledger entries, so your statement always reconciles.
What we do not sell
- Rankings, badges or "best of" placements. There are none.
- Shared leads. One recipient per request.
- Leads in markets where we cannot produce them. We will tell you what we have.
