Sponsored positions on CityPreferred are determined by paid bids from the listed businesses. Sponsored placement is advertising and is always labeled as such.

• A business's bid or rank does not indicate quality, endorsement, certification, or superiority over any other business.
• Directory listings outside the sponsored leaderboard are ordered by neutral criteria (verification, profile completeness, alphabetical) and cannot be influenced by payment.
• The “Verified” badge indicates only the verification criteria described on our How rankings work page were met. It cannot be purchased.
• Outbound links from sponsored placements are marked as sponsored links to search engines. Businesses purchase visibility and traffic, not search-ranking endorsements.
