- CityPreferred checks requests and may connect you with one company. We do not perform, supervise or guarantee any work.
- Connecting you with a company is not an endorsement, and it says nothing about its quality, licensing or insurance beyond the checks listed on this site.
- Any contract for work is between you and the company. Price, scope and terms are yours to agree.
- We may decline or not place any request.

## Guides and tools

Guides and calculators are general information for planning. They are not legal, tax or engineering advice, and a calculator result is not a quote. Check the cited sources and get site-specific proposals.

## Acceptable use

Send requests only for real jobs you are arranging. Do not send someone else's contact details, use the form to sell something, or try to reach another person's records.
